We are looking for hardworking and motivated individuals who are willing to dedicate their skills to the overall success of the Team. Technical Skills
• Operate pavers, rollers, and skid steers
• Lay, level, and compact asphalt
• Understand mix temperatures, rolling patterns, and joints
• Basic civil construction knowledge (subgrade, basecourse, drainage)
Safety
• Follow SWMS/JSA and PPE requirements
• Traffic management awareness
• Hazard identification
Quality
• Check thickness, density, and surface finish
• Prevent segregation and ensure proper compaction
Worksite & Practical Skills
• Strong teamwork and communication
• Efficient in fast-paced environments
• Good manual handling and machine control
Compensation:
- $25 per hour
