Working Hours-4pm-12am
Day: 5 days a week

Qualifications
• Minimum of two years commercial cleaning experience
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid work permit or be a U.S. citizen
• Demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and Spanish
• Ability to effectively supervise crew members and follow management direction
• Have physical ability to perform all aspects of job duties
• Previous training in commercial cleaning industry or building management
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
• Primary responsibilities include supervising and coordinating team of professional cleaning personnel while executing defined tasks at an assigned location
• Also includes coordination, order and issuance of supplies and equipment, training of new hires and re-training of existing personnel, and inspection of completed tasks for conformance to Stellar standards and customer requirements
• May be required to perform tasks assigned to crew personnel, as needed
• May be required to be "on-call" on a rotating basis to cover unforeseen emergencies
• Empty waste receptacles and replace soiled/damaged liners
• Vacuum carpeted areas and remove spots
• Dust horizontal and vertical surfaces
• Perform restroom maintenance/cleaning
• Sweep and damp mopping hard surface floors
• Replenish restroom supplies
• Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and personnel policies, requirements, and regulations
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners
• Effectively work independently and with other team members while adhering to supervisory directions
