- We pay $18 to $23 per hour based on skill level evaluation
- $2 per hour differential pay is offered and added to your hourly rate for night, weekend, and lead shifts (in combination with OT)
- OT offered (when available)
- Major U.S. holidays are paid days off (July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)
- Earned PTO program available after 1 year
- Simple IRA benefit offered with 3% company matching contributions
Work includes interior Class A office spaces, medical facilities, ground up construction, restaurants, etc. in the ORLANDO area.

- have Painter’s tools
- have Painter’s white pants (company shirts will be provided to you)
