Large Construction Company Seeking Subcontractor Company!
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced subcontractor company to partner with for ongoing and upcoming large renovation projects.
Scope of Work Includes:
Stucco (new application and repairs)
Framing (rough and finish)
General repairs
Waterproofing (including decks, windows, and siding)
Window and door installation/replacement
Exterior painting
Requirements:
Licensed, bonded, and insured.
Proven experience and references.
Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality workmanship
Familiar with local building codes and OSHA safety regulations
We have a steady pipeline of work and are looking to establish a long-term relationship with a dependable subcontractor team.
