Blue Star Roofing Inc. is a family-owned and operated roofing company with over 40 years of roofing experience serving residential and commercial customers throughout Central Florida. We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities
Safely operate company vehicles and tow:
Dumpster trailers
Equipment trailers
Box trailers
Load and unload roofing materials, tools, and equipment
Deliver materials to job sites throughout Central Florida
Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness
Track inventory and equipment movement
Receive and verify incoming deliveries
Maintain accurate inventory records
Assist production and operations teams as needed
Perform general warehouse and labor duties
Requirements
✔ Valid Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record
✔ Experience towing trailers preferred
✔ Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly
✔ Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
✔ Strong work ethic and positive attitude
✔ Reliable transportation to and from work
✔ Ability to follow directions and work independently
✔ Basic computer or smartphone skills for inventory tracking
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Bilingual (English & Spanish)
⭐ Construction, roofing, warehouse, or delivery experience
⭐ Forklift experience (not required but a plus)
⭐ Experience with inventory management systems
