I'm looking to replace one of my main guys. You can expect at least 40 hours a week. I need someone who can learn to do things the way we do them here at this company, not the way you did them at your last company. Pay starts at $22 an hour and can go up as soon as you start taking on responsibilities for the lead like filling out the bill of lading, calling the customer in the morning, and helping with other things.
