We are seeking experienced property preservation vendors throughout Florida.
We are looking for professional business-to-business 1099 contractors who already understand the property preservation industry, know how to complete work orders properly, and have experience using PPW.
Our organization has been in the property preservation, REO, rehab, and construction industry for over 18 years. We are looking to connect with serious vendors who are experienced, reliable, responsive, and ready to work.
This is not for beginners. You must have direct property preservation experience and understand how to work in PPW.

The ideal vendor is:
Experienced with PPW
Reliable and consistent
Well-spoken and professional
Able to write clear notes and updates
Quick to respond to emails, calls, and text messages
Able to follow written work order instructions
Able to upload clear before, during, and after photos
Able to meet deadlines without constant follow-up
Comfortable communicating with office staff when needed
Organized enough to manage multiple work orders
Business-minded and understands this is a business-to-business 1099 relationship
