Laminate Countertop Installer Helper

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Laminate Countertop Installer Helper to assist with the delivery, fabrication, and installation of laminate countertops. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone looking to learn a skilled trade and grow within the construction or cabinetry industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist lead installer with measuring, cutting, and installing laminate countertops
* Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
* Help prepare surfaces and work areas for installation
* Hold, position, and secure materials during installation
* Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
* Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
* Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
* Support team members with general labor tasks as needed
**Requirements:**
* Must be able to pass a background check*
* Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50+ lbs
* Basic knowledge of hand tools and willingness to learn new skills
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
* Valid driver’s license is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or general labor (not required)
* Familiarity with measuring tools and basic math skills
**Work Environment:**
* Residential and commercial job sites
* Exposure to dust, noise, and construction conditions
* Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and moving
* Daily travel to jobsites required in company vehicle
