✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial concrete experience required
• Experience as a lead, concrete carpenter, finisher, or laborer (3+ years strongly preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficiency in setting up and dismantling concrete forms
• Experience mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete with precision
• Ability to lift and handle heavy materials
• Strong commitment to job site safety protocols
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
