Our growing company is seeking a dynamic well trained admisnistrative assistant for a full time position. In this role you will manage the day to day office responsibilities with responsibilities ranging from Payroll, Billing, Compliance, Scheduling, dispatching technicians along with various other admistrative tasks and duties.
*Previous experience within a Towing Company, Property Management Office and or Automotive Shop is a huge plus*
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year veifyable Admin/ Billing/ Payroll/ Filing Experience in an office setting. We are looking for a multi tasker with exceptional organizational skills that can follow through with tasks each week to their completion.
