We are seeking a dedicated and reliable grounds person. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping the property clean, well maintained and visually appealing. Physically able to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Keep all outdoor areas free of debris and litter. Power wash sidewalks and other exterior surfaces. Assist with seasonal cleanup and special projects. You must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb a ladder, use a backpack blower as well as a pressure washer. You are also required to replace exterior lighting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience. Ability to safely use hand tools and power equipment. Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
