Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of landscaping/detailed lawn maintenance experience

Clean valid driver’s license (no DUIs and no at-fault accidents in the last 3 years)

Ability to perform basic irrigation repairs, such as broken sprinklers and pipes

Capable of working without a phone in your hand or earbuds/headphones in your ears

Able to perform hedge trimming on ladder

Must be capable of working outdoors in Florida weather

Physically capable of pulling weeds and other detail work

Able to replace edger blades and weed eater strings without supervision

Must be available to start at 7:30 AM in Winter Garden

Compensation:

Starting pay: $18.50/hour
