1. LONGWOOD - Demo and remove 11' x 11' feet of broken driveway from Pine tree roots and replace with new concrete. The tree has been removed but not roots. Please bid.
2. SANFORD - Need to add, tie into adjacent slab, and finish 4" of concrete on existing 11' X 16 'slab. Existing slab is in an empty, interior framed out room - studs only, no drywall. Bags of dry concrete and vapor barrier provided. Pay is $500 OBO.
3. LONGWOOD - Snake a laundry room drain. A year ago it was working fine but it backed up after not having been used. (Possibly 2 apartment drains in the same duplex - still need to check the other drain)
