Hi ..In search of good trades people in Mt.Dora area for occasional renovation projects on a periodic basis when a unit needs refurbish of some sort. I prefer a non-smoker, non-drinker. This is at my little apartment complex in Mt. Dora. You must be local.
The next little project I have is to pull up some VCT vinyl tile in a kitchen so a new floor can be laid. It's peeling up in some areas so it needs removal. I believe there is also a sheet vinyl floor beneath the top level of VCT tile. If so, we need to assess the condition of the underlying sheet vinyl as well after removing the top layer of VCT to determine if the sheet vinyl must also be scraped off.
There is an existing dish washer in the kitchen & I don't want to remove the dishwasher for this simple job. I'd consider installing LVT (Rigid Vinyl plank) but it's not an option as it's too thick. I believe using LVT would run the risk that the dishwasher would get "locked in", due to the height of rigid LVT. (However, that would be the easiest & stylish solution if the height of new LVT is low enough for the dishwasher to easily slide out when necessary in the future).
2). Quality neat Painter who 's also good patching nail holes, etc. To be done right, this unit needs some touch up. I don't think I will be repainting the entire unit at this time as seems acceptable to some rental prospects with some nail/anchor hole patching & touch ups..
If you do professional workmanship & live within 10 minutes of Mt. Dora & you can give a call & leave a detailed message of the scope of your trade experience. Please only call once & leave ONE detailed message. I'll listen to your message & if I feel you are the right person, I'll call you back. Please understand, I don't have the time to call everyone back.
Below is my land line phone. (No texting capability). Again, include the scope of your work as I need different trades at different times for periodic work/maintenance as needed. Again, you must be local within 10 minutes of Mt. Dora
