Position Overview: A1 Construction Services LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to

handle project takeoffs, square footage calculations, and bid preparation for residential and commercial

construction projects. Responsibilities: - Review architectural plans (PDF) - Perform accurate takeoffs

(SF, LF, counts) - Identify finish types (tile, LVP, laminate, etc.) - Prepare detailed cost estimates (labor

+ material) - Deliver bid-ready reports Requirements: - Experience reading blueprints - Experience with

Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or STACK - Knowledge of flooring systems and production rates - Ability to meet
