Experienced Roofer Needed – Small Shingle Repair (Punch-Out) (Orlando)
compensation:

Scope of Work (READ CAREFULLY):
* Remove and replace localized sections of asphalt shingles (~1.0–1.5 squares total)
* Areas include:
* Small front entry/porch roof section
* Limited shingle runs along front eaves/rakes (edge areas)
* Damage is from stucco and paint contamination
* This is NOT a full tear-off – this is surgical repair work
* Must carefully:
* Break seals without damaging surrounding shingles
* Remove nails cleanly
* Reinstall new shingles and tie in seamlessly with existing roof
* Maintain proper nailing pattern and alignment
This is finish-level work on a brand new roof – clean tie-in is critical.
Requirements:
* Strong experience with asphalt shingle repair (not just installs)
* Must have your own tools (nail gun, compressor, hand tools, etc.)
* Must understand proper Florida install practices
* No sloppy work – we will inspect
