$1,250 + Ongoing Work — Skilled Finish Carpenter Wanted (Orlando)

$1250 flat fee paid upon completion

This is a set-fee job — $1,250 flat for the complete bundle, not hourly. The fee is based on our team's estimate of how long the work takes a skilled finish carpenter. You're being paid for your skillset — we don't pay by the hour, we pay for the job done right.
*We supply all materials and templates — everything's on site
*You bring your own tools
*Ladder and scaffolding already on site
*Our master-carpenter foreman is on site to coordinate and check the work
*1099 contract, paid on satisfactory completion
*Strong potential for ongoing work — baseboard, cabinets, finish trim across our active projects, if this first job goes well
The bundle — 4 tasks at one of our custom homes:
A. 3 square arches — clad existing arches/columns with wood paneling. You cut the pieces to size; our team handles the lamination; you install the finished panels.
B. 2 ceiling light bases — cut clean circular openings into square decorative wood ceiling designs (10 ft and 20 ft ceilings) and secure the bases. No electrical or fixture work — an electrician handles that separately.
C. 6 living room wall panels — framing is already in. You cut the panels including the serpentine interior cutouts and circular light cutouts (we provide templates). Our team laminates; you install.
D. office panels — 4 around windows, 2 on a TV wall. Cut, hand off for lamination, install.
You must have:
*Real finish carpentry experience — send photos of past finish/trim work and one reference
*Skill for clean panel cuts including curvilinear/template work
*Your own tools
*Comfort working at height — one ceiling is 20 ft on scaffolding
*Reliability — show up across multiple visits to coordinate with our lamination team
