Touch-up painting, clean / balance swimming pool, small landscape & irrigation work, window cleaning, polish stone floors to weekly home cleaning, pet care, laundry, ironing etc.
Requires confimred clean background, work history and nonsmoker due to work environment.
Ideal for exceptionally dependable person with actual skills above and who desires only part-time work but able to commit to it every week. $18 to $20 per hour.
