Private residence seeks one Part-time (2 to maybe 3 days every week) Handy Person who is both organized and dependable.
Requires excellent property maintenance skills for inside and outside projects, deep cleaning, balance pool chemicals, small landscape / irrigation projects, polish floors, clean windows, touch-up painting, housekeeping to laundry. Must love pets.
Requires clean / clear background and a nonsmoker due to work environment.
Ideal for experienced person who wants just part-time work and can commit to long term. $18 to $20 per hour.
