We are a local licensed General Contractor looking for an experienced Rough / Framing Carpenter to assist with siding install and inspection punch-list items. This is hands-on rough carpentry work with the potential for ongoing projects for the right fit.
What We Need:
• Highly skilled Rough / Framing Carpenter (journeyman level preferred)
• Strong knowledge of residential framing and Florida building code
• Experience with inspection corrections, including:
• Blocking (cabinets, vanities, handrails, grab bars)
• Fire blocking / draft stopping
• Stud spacing and layout corrections
• Minor reframing and adjustments
• Nailing patterns, strapping, and bracing as required
• Ability to work independently and follow inspection notes
• Own basic hand tools preferred
Job Details:
• exterior siding I stall. Cutting.
• Short-term work to start, with potential for ongoing work
