We are ALWAYS looking to train people interested in umpiring. As compensation shows below this can be a very productive SIDE hussle as it does not last all year long and you can somewhat choose your schedule. Show some initiative and read the rulebook. USSSA/slowpitch rules. I will train you as well, but no exception to familiarizing yourself with the rules. I am going to have a training session within the first couple of weeks of December for leagues starting January 5. Games are week nights Monday thru Thursday. I will put you on the field as soon as you demonstrate SOME rule knowledge and adherence to training. This is a JOB, but a FUN JOB. Uniforms and registration can be taken out of game pay. NO CHARGE for the training. I will answer any questions. 3 games 2 nights a week can work out to $700 per month during active months. I will train, but not ONE on ONE. I will train a small group.
