We are seeking adults in Florida to participate in a paid mock jury research session.
This is not real jury duty. It is a private research study designed to understand how people respond to legal arguments.
Session Details
• Compensation: $50 (paid at the end of the session via PayPal or by physical check sent via U.S. Mail). Participants must attend the entire session and actively participate to receive payment.
• Time Commitment: 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. EST
• Location: Zoom (online)
• Date: December 2, 2025
Eligibility Requirements
• Age 18 or older
• U.S. citizen
• Resident of Florida
• No felony convictions (unless civil rights have been restored)
• Able to listen, participate in discussion, and provide honest feedback
• Must have a device with camera, microphone, and stable internet access to join Zoom
• Excluded: lawyers, law students, and immediate family members of attorneys or court personnel
Participants will watch a case presentation, review evidence summaries, and take part in a group discussion. All responses are confidential, and recording is not allowed.
