FAQ:
1.) - Q: Does the Notary provide or bring witnesses?
A: No. This is the responsibility of the client.

2.) - Q: What will a client need to have ready for the appointment?
A: 1.) - The document to be notarized.
2.) - The presence of the client.
3.) - The presence of any witnesses.
4.) - Valid state ID or passport.

3.) - Q: Can a Notary Public Notarize Powers of Attorney and/or Healthcare Powers of Attorney?
A: Yes.

Charges:
Notarial Acts - $10 each
1.) - Acknowledgement
2.) - Oath or Affirmation
3.) - Oath/Affirmation for individual affidavits

Flat Service/Reservation Fee:
$50.


Travel Expenses:
$2 per mile traveled to destination of service (calculated based on one way trip).

Hour-based Expenses:
$20 extra per hour.
(Most appointments do not last one hour long).

Calculated starting at the set time of appointment and ending at its conclusion.
(Rounds DOWN to the nearest whole dollar)

Supplies-based Expenses:
$10 per page of oath/affirmation or acknowledgement pages supplied for documents lacking proper Notarial certifications. (Only applies in situations where clients have documents that lack the properly required Notarial Certificates under Florida Statutes).

Other supplies charges will be recorded as *miscellaneous* and agreed upon beforehand between Notary and client.

Example: Extra copies of receipts or notarized documents.

Every client will receive at least paper copy of a receipt for all services and charges rendered.

Whole dollars only - if Cash. No change provided.

Cash app is also acceptable.

Clients will be expected to cooperate with the filling out of notarial act journal to aid the Notary with proper documentation of each notarial act and appointment.

CLIENTS ARE ENTITLED TO REQUEST PROOF OF NOTARY PUBLIC COMMISSION.
