We’re a fast-growing local company looking for a high-level Marketing Assistant to help our sales team fill their calendars.
You’ll be the voice that gets things moving — confident, persuasive, and consistent.
What You’ll Do:
• Work from a steady stream of qualified leads provided by our team – no need to find your own prospects
• Make outbound calls to connect with potential customers and schedule as many appointments as possible, no sales required
• Keep conversations friendly, natural, and goal-focused — your success is measured by appointments booked, not calls made
What We’re Looking For:
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – fluent and comfortable in both
• 1+ years of outbound or appointment setting experience
• Strong phone presence — upbeat, confident, and persuasive
• Consistent performance under minimal supervision
