Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote HVAC services.
Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and appointment goals.
Contribute to a positive, supportive, and high-energy work environment.
Requirements:
Prior telemarketing or phone sales experience required (HVAC experience preferred).
Excellent communication and people skills.
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated.
Professional attitude and commitment to meeting goals.
