I’m looking for a smart, reliable, growth-minded person to work directly with me in my Winter Springs office.
This is for someone interested in websites, programming, AI tools, marketing, online business, and learning how a real internet business works from the inside.
I run an existing web marketing company that has been operating for over 25 years. We have websites, tools, content projects, email lists, trainings, affiliate campaigns, and marketing systems already in place.
This is not a regular entry-level job where you just clock in, do one small task, and go home.
I’m looking for someone who thinks more like a partner-in-training.
Someone who wants to learn fast, grow fast, take ownership, solve problems, and eventually help manage important parts of the business.
You do not need to be an expert at everything.
But you do need to be curious, dependable, honest, organized, and willing to figure things out.
The goal is to start with part-time work and paid test projects. If it’s a good fit, this could grow into more hours, full-time work, more responsibility, and eventually taking over parts of the business.
What you’ll do:
Help with basic website updates
Work on simple PHP / HTML / CSS projects
Test and improve landing pages
Use AI tools for research, writing, planning, and coding help
Research keywords, niches, competitors, and business models
Pull reports from web tools
Organize content ideas and marketing projects
Help with social media and video topic research
Assist with WordPress tasks
Build or improve simple web tools
Track what is working and what needs improvement
Learn repeatable systems and help manage them over time
What we’re looking for:
Smart, dependable, and eager to learn
Interested in programming, websites, AI, marketing, or online business
Comfortable using computers, the web, and online tools
Some experience with HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, WordPress, or AI tools is a plus
Marketing, SEO, social media, or content experience is also a plus
Self-taught people are welcome
Students or recent graduates are welcome
Someone who wants responsibility, not just tasks
