Its pre-attached underlayment provides a floor that's warm, comfortable, and quiet underfoot. This SPC LVP has a 28 mil (0.7mm) Wear Layer - the toughest Wear Layer on the market, four times more resistant to traffic wear than similar products sold by big box stores (6 -12 mil). (The thicker the Wear Layer, the longer your floors will last without scratch marks, and a great look. The Residential SPC flooring has a 12 12-mil wear Layer at best, compared with our Commercial SPC LVP flooring that boasts a tough 28-mil wear layer. For this reason we special order it!)
