Flooring plus accessories listed below were purchased for a project that took a different direction. All bought from a box store and prices listed are what was paid for them. I don't know if I can name the store, but they wear these orange aprons. And again, everything is together priced at $750 OBO.
1. 100 Sq ft rolls of underlayment for laminant, hardwood, and engineered floors. 48"x25'x2mm (see pic) 5 rolls @$59 equals $295.
2. Moisture barricade rolls, 120 Sq ft. 120"x12'x6mil. Underlayment for vinyl, Laminant, SPC, wood.
4 rolls @$21.62 equals $86.48.
3. Traffic Master Crowley Creek Oak Laminant flooring. 21.3 Sq ft per case. 8"x47.6"x8mm per board. Water resistant laminant wood flooring.
22 cases @$40.18 a case equals $883.90
MD backer rod for gaps and openings. Used along walls to help prevent floating floors from separation. .375"x20' 7 packs @$3.98 per pack equals $27.86
Bristol Oak quarter round trim. .62"x.75"x94.5" trim. 17 pieces@$9.99 equals $169.83
Bristol Oak 4 in 1 trim .75"x2.37"x78.7". Qty 6 @$39.98x3 equals $159.92
Total costs = $1622.99 pre tax
Looking for 1000 obo. None of this stuff has been used and is still in containers shipped in. The ends of the boxes were torn for inspection and a couple of the flooring packs were torn but no scratches or damages to the flooring.
Pick up only. Cash or equivalent up front. Don't call me and offer some cashiers check over the phone or give me the excuse that you're out of town and want to square up with some kind of sketchy thing.
