Roland electric drums w/throne - $300 (Narcoossee)

I’m a guitar player who bought these drums years ago, but only goofed around with them a few times.
They are in EXCELLENT condition.
Everything worked when I covered them with a sheet years ago…wanting to keep them clean.
I just plugged them in to test, and i can’t get the high hat pedal to function properly.
Other than that, all is good!
If you’re familiar with these, it should be a no brainer for you to correct the only issue.
I know nothing more than what the pictures show, but I will answer any questions to the best of my ability.
