1. Answer telephone and greet customers, prospects, and vendors and perform customer service duties;
2. Scan financial documents into document management system;
3. Bind financial statements, tax returns, and other documents;
4. Filing of paper documents and other administrative functions;
4. Management of Microsoft Outlook calendars that include coordinating appointments with clients, prospects, vendors, and associates;
5. Prepare basic spreadsheets and fine tune word documents using Office 365; and
6. Communicating by e-mail with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
