Successful and growing Contractor / Roofing Firm seeking experienced SUPER ADMIN.

Candidates must be able to prioritize work and multi task with a very high attention to detail in a fast paced work environment. They must also have experience working in a career with similar responsibilities.

Office is located in Casselberry

All Candidates must possess the following:

Strong knowledge of Word & Excel including mail merge, formulas, and data manipulation * Strong internet research skills.
2 years prior required Office and Admin experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with staff, outside clients and vendors.
Must be professional, friendly, and possess excellent written and verbal skills.
Outstanding communication and social skills.
Out of the Box thinker and problem solver.
Organized, punctual, and must be able to multi-task.
Project coordination experience required.
Detailed oriented work ethic.
High energy, creative, and dependable.
Must be self motivated and be able to work with little supervision.
Willingness to learn.
Ability to pass background check.
The Office Manager will support the company's operations by maintaining all the office systems.

Duties will be as followed:

Data Entry
Document filing- A/R Invoice and Apply Client Payments
Preparing Client Proposals and Invoices
Generating orders to vendors, logistics followup, and scheduling installs
Research products and projects
Create and assist in preparation of reports, internal use forms, and documents
Manage office inventory of marketing materials and supplies
Schedule and coordinate subs, and vendors
Updating company website and social media pages
Bookkeeping / Accounting -- (entry and supervision) -- pay vendors, collect customer payments, and record transactions
Train and supervise support staff and venders
Participate in training courses, books, and videos as requested for job skill development and education
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; designing filing systems; managing supply inventory
Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports
Manage calendars
Scan/copy/fax
Organizing office
Organize all photos and video projects in the field
Fast paced, accurate completion, and double checking of job duties
