Local moving company is looking for a quality sales representative. We're looking for someone who has some experience with sales both over the phone and in person, who will secure job bookings, and can take instructions.
Duties
-Over the phone sales (for potential moving clients)
-Scheduling jobs and estimates
-On-site estimates (that have been previously scheduled)
-Office Assistance and Data Entry (calling movers, taking payments, entering jobs)
Requirements:
+Bilingual English & Spanish
+Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities for effective customer engagement
+Exceptional analysis skills for understanding customer requirements
+A proactive mindset with a passion for customer service, prior sales experience preferred but not required
+Ability to solve problems
+Familiarity with computers
We will provide you with training on our systems and pricing, you will be responsible for receiving/making phone calls, speaking with clients, answering questions and booking jobs. We will also train you to do on-site estimates which would involve in person sales.
