Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant Bookkeeper in the Clermont FL or surrounding area, The role involves managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, handling bookkeeping tasks, and maintaining accuracy in journal entries and transaction records. You will also utilize accounting software to assist with financial management, support administrative tasks, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and analysis
Experience in Bookkeeping, Journal Entries, and general account reconciliation
Knowledge of Accounting Software and general Finance principles
Intermediate to proficient with Microsoft Office 365/Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Previous experience in administrative support or similar roles is advantageous
Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
