Established Dumpster Company looking someone professional and friendly to help with administrative tasks, maintain the Service Dumpsters Route's daily schedules as service calls are completed. Schedule the Routes every day. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees and company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times. Must prepare service invoices, must have QuickBooks Experience, professional phone etiquette, some experience with sales, computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Applicants must be organized, able to multitask, detail oriented, Bilingual (English - Spanish: must be fluent; oral and written) and must be able to work independently and in teams.
