• Effectively and efficiently manage transactions from contract to close
• Serve as liaison between agents, clients, and vendors to ensure a smooth process for all while establishing relationships and building rapport
• Create and follow timelines to ensure all deadlines are met and keep the team updated on the progress of all transactions
• Create and manage online and print marketing
• Track team expenses, transactions, and database and update all spreadsheets regularly
• Must be adaptable with the ability to jump between tasks without compromising quality
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional organizational and project management abilities
• Must be resourceful and able to establish and improve upon procedures
• Be Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills and possess ability to anticipate the needs of others
• Possess the ability to independently prioritize work and ensure orderly and timely work flow
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Social Media experience is needed
• FL Real Estate License required
