Job description:
Receive phone, email and fax request for service calls on automated gate system and access control systems from large customer base.
Train and become skilled at using proprietary software to perform data entry required to generate
service calls for field service technicians.
Process data entry generated by service technicians documenting service performed to include
completion of service tickets for invoicing.

Report directly to management for fast paced busy environment.

Skills required:
 Excellent verbal and data entry skills.
 Strong people skills to interact with customers and co workers
 Strong attention to detail
 Dependable in attendance, reliable transportation and being to work on time everyday 40 hours
Monday through Friday, tardiness or excessive absence is unacceptable and grounds for
dismissal.
 Self motivating
 Solid organizational skills
 Clear speaking voice with absolute mastery of English language.
 Type 50 wpm with accuracy
 Knowledge of Microsoft office suite
 Comfort with working on a pc, learning new software and general file creation and saving
 Multitasking ability to organize, track and calmly self manage communications and service
requests from customers and field technicians.
 Ability to deal with demanding customers and co workers every day.
 Mechanical aptitude is a plus as we are a field service business
