We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team at Orlando Seamless Gutters. Looking for the right individual willing to take initiative and grow with the company.
About our company:
We install residential and commercial seamless gutters across central Florida. We have offices in Orlando and Tampa
Job Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and assist customers Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM
Schedule and coordinate appointments for field technicians
Manage Jobber our CRM Program
Help execute marketing campaigns and maintain accurate tracking data
Work with technicians to keep schedules efficient
Post photos to Facebook and other social media
Handle office tasks as needed using Microsoft Word and Excel
Qualifications:
Great customer service, we strive for 5 star reviews with every customer
Tech-savvy — comfortable learning new platforms (CRM, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask
Prior scheduling or customer service experience preferred
