Ready to help build Central Florida’s most trusted electrical contractor? You’ll play a key role in coordinating our permitting, scheduling, and client communication so our field teams can keep projects moving

What you’ll do: You’ll manage the permitting process across multiple counties (Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Hillsborough and beyond), using SCR, Housecall Pro or similar platforms

You’ll coordinate schedules, dispatch jobs and maintain smooth communication with clients and inspectors. You’ll order materials, keep digital and paper files organised and follow up on job status and deadlines. Your clear emails and phone calls will keep everyone informed, and your ability to juggle priorities will ensure nothing falls through the cracks

What you bring: At least one year of office experience (construction or trades preferred); familiarity with county permitting procedures; confidence using SCR, Housecall Pro or similar software; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and a knack for organisation. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Most importantly, you’re proactive and enjoy collaborating with a team
