Self-motivated individual to manage office for a small specialty construction company. Process weekly payroll, new hire set up, e-verify new employees, monthly and year end payroll reports, maintaining employee files, ensuring compliance, and communicate effectively & professionally with employees & vendors. Individual will be responsible for 940, SUTA, Worker's comp, plus W-2 management.
Manage Accounts Receivables : processing out-going invoices as directed by the Operations Manager. Make follow-up inquiries to ensure prompt payment. As well as Payroll. Individual will be responsible for certified payroll reports and wage rate management when required.
Construction experience is a plus.
Must have experience in managing small office. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Must be proficient in Excel & Microsoft office. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or another ERP system would be valuable. Must have ability to problem solve and attention to details, positive attitude, and be a self-starter.
