We are looking for a qualified professional for the following position.
Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients that come to the office
• Answer, screen, and forward all incoming phone calls
• Ensure the reception area is kept tidy and presentable
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
• Order office supplies and keeps an inventory of stock
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, printing, and faxing
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Receptionist, customer service rep, or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machine and printers)
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to work on your own initiative
Shift 11-7pm M-F
