The Administrative duties include but are not limited to the following:
~Scheduling work orders
~Routing technician schedules
~Follow up procedures with customers and vendors
Only candidates that meet the following requirements will be considered:
~Thorough knowledge in Quickbooks and Microsoft Programs
~Strong computer and typing skills
~Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and follow up procedures
~Minimum of 3+ years administrative experience in an office setting
~Knowledge of general office procedures and practices
~Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
~Swimming pool equipment knowledge preferred
~Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Candidate MUST possess a FUN upbeat team player attitude with the desire to work for a family operated company for an extended number of years and become part of our work family!
Full time position
Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Friday - 8AM - 2:00PM
The compensation will be $13-15/hr depending on experience and qualifications.
