We at Gotham Shuttle Service is currently seeking an energetic dispatcher for our busy transportation company. You must have great customer service, be well organized, articulate, be able to multi task while maintaining composure under different settings, and computer savvy. Looking for someone available to work Monday-Friday afternoons and/or evenings from 12pm-6pm or 6pm to 12am, and available Saturdays. Only reply if you meet the requirements and requested schedule. Dispatcher requirements include:
-high school degree or equivalent.
-Spanish speaking a plus.
-being prompt
-multi task various daily activities
-handle customer service
-answering calls and dispatching
-organizing and updating spreadsheets
-liaison between sites and drivers
-and other duties assigned.
