Property Manager position available with a private company in the Eustis, Mt. Dora, Tavares. Residential and some commercial properties. Time spent on the road and in office. Some office work as well. Full Time, with incentive bonus. Auto Expense.
Job entails working to list and show rental property, inspect properties, lease agreements, office desk work and whatever it reasonably takes to be productive. Looking for a take charge property manager to work with and interact with bookkeeping, property maintenance manager to show and rent properties.
