1. Business Development, Kitchen and Bath, Roofing, and Remodel company. Did sales and development. Met with clients both residential and commercial. Also, in home sales. Some pool sales as well. Temporary contract: Concluded, Short term contract as business development director, for large Landscape Maintenance Company in Orlando Florida. Sold Landscape and Landscape maintenance services to hotels, resorts, HOA properties, and property management companies attended association meetings, public relations work.
2. 2011-to Present: Semi Retired: Pastoring a small church called The Lighthouse Church in Lake Mary Florida, Sunday Mornings. 2006-Present owner of a small (part time) home based financial consulting company. Working with International Investors and US and matching clients with them. This involves customer and public relations and negotiating skills. This is a home-based part time business. Looking forward to discontinuing
3. 2008-2010: Chairman of the Board the Lighthouse Foundation, the Foundation assisted Non-Profit Organizations acquiring funds through various funds and organizations for funding their projects also responsible for a significant amount of fundraising, public relations, sales with clients and possible investors.
4. 1996-1998 Interim pastor of a small church / sales representative/Loan officer for Berkshire/Hathaway/Vanderbilt Bank, selling homes and doing the loan closings. I was the Top Sales Salesman for 3 months in a row. Moved to Orlando, Florida
5. 1993-2006 Director of Global Ministries International: Lived in Japan for 13 years, responsible for 300 not for-profit businesses, businesses, churches throughout Pacific Asia. I traveled extensively throughout Japan, Pacific, Asia, and Europe, responsible for working internationally with many people groups. Assisted in setting up businesses, nonprofit businesses, and churches to ensure they were profitable and growing. Among business we started in Japan we started a large-scale wedding company providing wedding services to many 5-star hotels with our over 60 staff. We have over 1000 weddings a year. Also set up a home stay program sending Japanese young people coming to America on short and long-term homestays. We worked with major Universities and High schools. I did all the contract negotiations with them. I have traveled to every continent in the world. I have worked with clients from every nation and language. It is very easy to relate to almost anyone as a result.
6. 1980-1992 Owned and operated large-scale Landscaping, irrigation and design and development company. We employed up to 60 people. I was responsible for all designs, estimating, and sales and overseeing company. Our company focuses on large-scale commercial projects such as shopping centers, and also upscale residential projects. Handled all designs and successfully negotiated contracts. Managed all construction projects, concluding each of our projects, this required a great deal of customer, public relations, sales, and management.

Design Skills:
Ability to recognize Integrated Visual art forms (architecture, sculpture, and painting.) With an emphasis on and up to the 16th century art forms Also have had studio design experience in studying and analyzing floor plans for aesthetics and schemes and applying elements and principles of design. Have created presentation boards using matt mediums. Using matt technique rendering (using both watercolor and color pencils,) lettering, and creating presentation boards. Have had significant training in furnishings used in a design both traditional, contemporary, and tropical designs.
Have had technical design training in creating accurate floor, lighting and other needed plans for an Interior project have learned to use the principles and elements of design in the schematic design phase of a project and to communicate the client through verbal communication as well as perspective drawings also, having had extensive training in knowing and Identifying materials and finishes used in both residential and commercial interiors placements in a design.
