Base salary $60,000 - $65,000

Trulite is GROWING! We are looking for a Sales Associe to be based our Orlando, FL locion.

The Sales Associe is an entry-level sales position designed to build foundional selling skills while growing existing accounts and developing new customer opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

The Sales Associe generes new leads and supports account growth within an assigned territory. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, this role participes in a comprehensive 12–18-month training program working closely with senior sales professionals and operions leaders. The person filling this position must be adaptable to an ever-changing business environment and must demonstre general business knowledge, an ability to develop customer relionships, and a high level of confidentiality.

• Genere new leads and support account growth within an assigned territory through proactive outreach and relionship management.
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of the fabricion process, including key operional workflows and product specificions.
• Build comprehensive industry knowledge, including product applicions, glazing/estiming fundamentals, and project take-offs.
• Develop a strong understanding of the financial drivers of the Trulite business, including pricing stregies, cost structures, profit margins, and market dynamics.
• Initie approprie actions in response to customer service requests, including processing order changes and maintaining accure customer/order files.
• Assist in validing entered orders, ensuring correct coding and accuracy prior to final confirmion.
• Collabore with the scheduling and production teams to ensure orders meet customer expections and delivery timelines.
• Handle or escale product or service complaints to the approprie department for resolution and follow-up.
• Prepare custom price quotions for non-standard items and document all quotions accurely.
• Coordine with other branch and regional locions to resolve customer issues, ensure consistency, and enhance service delivery.
• Upde quote stus upon order placement to ensure visibility and alignment across the sales team.
• Support and participe in continuous improvement initiives and ongoing product training to stay current with industry best practices.
• Perform ride alongs and customer visits as applicable.
• Conduct introductory sales calls, presentions, and product demonstrions.
• Partner with Sales Managers and Operions Leaders to support negotiions and deal closures.
• Provide timely market feedback regarding pricing, competition, and customer needs.
• Maintain accure CRM records, reporting, and customer call documention.
• Communice effectively with customers, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
• Perform other reled duties and provide back-up support to other group members as assigned by management.

SKILLS YOU BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or reled field preferred, or equivalent combinion of educion and experience.
• 0–2 years of outside sales, estiming, or customer-facing experience – unless you just gradued college and are looking to start your career in outside sales.
• Must be able to multi-task, be organized, efficient, and accure.
• Must have excellent communicion (written and oral), interpersonal, conflict management, and time management skills.
• Experienced user of Microsoft Office suite.
• Listening skills and da collection with tention to detail are essential.
• Understands basic pricing, margins, and quote-to-order processes.
• Uses CRM tools to track activities and simple forecasts.
• Ability to travel overnight within assigned territory as needed.
