Looking for flexible, light industrial or workshop-type space (Orlando)

I am looking for a workshop space for hobby focused use that has power. Water not required but preferred, however if there is no climate control I would need to be able to modify the space for it with things like window based AC units. between 300 and 800 square feet. Low traffic, mostly just for myself and I may have an occasional helper with me. Activities would include fabrication/woodworking with typical power tools, I would also have some personal storage there, and contained animal husbandry (not livestock, small pet species that live within tanks/cages). I have a stable passive income source and would not be dependent on this space generating revenue in order to cover rent. Ideally looking for something privately owned, and open to this unconventional use case. Ideally a simple open concrete floor warehouse/barn/big shed would be great.
