I am a single mom starting from square one. A hardworking business owner. Getting out of a long-term (14 year) toxic relationship with my son’s father. looking for a safe stable place to call my own that is suitable for myself and my 11-year-old. I have no savings and I have lost everything including my original business that has been swept out from under me by my ex. I’m looking for something that I can make payments to Own at a low cheap rate or purchase for 3K and under nothing big as I only have a van to pull it. A friend is assisting me as far as a lot to put it. If anyone in this area (Sorrento) know of one available or has one I would appreciate it. Needs to be something that has working A/C/heat, water tank/hookup and electric.
