Two Bedrooms for rent in exchange for assistance. One can be used for a living room type area.

We are looking for a long-term person. This would be perfect for an active older person, or someone going through a divorce and needing time to get back on their feet.
We have had a wonderful person renting for the last 3 years. She is moving to another state to be with family. We are so sad to lose her. She took wonderful care of our cats while we were traveling and looked after the house.
Bedrooms are located upstairs.
Very safe, very quiet. Smoking only permitted outside. Not 420 friendly.
We have a pool so we cannot accept children for liability reasons.
We have 3 indoor cats, and 8 outdoor free roaming cats so we cannot allow any other pets.
We had the second bedroom set up with a sofa, tv, etc., but we had to move help in after my husband had a heart attack and he could not maintain the home as needed. Both rooms are not furnished at this time, but we could if needed.
Couples may be considered if it is the right fit.
We do a complete background check, and a copy of DL and car information will be on file with our friend at the local police station.
We would like to start traveling again, so we are looking for a reliable person to help maintain things and look after our cats if and when we travel.
