Looking for Responsible short term rental out to a year at max.due to delays in sale of property and I'm the owner/Landlord now looking in the interim to see a constructive way to max.out rental income as a way to give a Responsible/professional person a place to live also in a transitional state be it family related or work related like a travel nurse ,nurses or teachers in general or part time contractors in a time restricted work or family plan as my house is available say out to a 1 year plan before being sold so my ideal situation is that say 1 or 2 profesional people like a pair nurses rent out a couple of rooms with a rental rate per month to be agreed in a 6 month lease pending background checks and if you have only a minor infraction with the law you might still qualify but you need to tell me up-front as I very much appreciate honesty so you can be trusted in my house at all to even start!
Large 4 bedroom/3 bath house on oversized corner lot with a pool in quiet secure family type subdivision with no drama and to keep it that way!
Im looking for renters for the other bedrooms at my discretion as I will need to make sure that we are all a good fit so is why it's best for 2 workers who know each other to share 2 rooms as you already are knowing each other as we must share the common areas of the house as at the other end of this large house is the master bedroom where I reside with 2 very friendly dogs so whomever you are you must love dogs as eventually if I need to travel out,rent can be adjusted down in payment for pet sitting and dog care in my absence which is never more than 1 week...and general routine stuff like taking trash out and keeping an eye out in general to keep things clean and tidy so I know this post would suit more of a female type professional and Responsible worker to fulfill my criteria in order to be a good fit?-(as my personal experience has proven to me over the course of my entire life that females are much more adept at house cleaning and management than a guy!-lol)
Its best you can email or text please and say something about yourself as to why this situation might suit you here on a house slated for eventual sale so also as the sale is delayed alot of the final furniture is out so one is left with minimal house furnishings as the house is in a transitional state of hold so if you come here you can bring in your own bedroom furnishings or use the limited items I have to loan you for a short temporary situation so this requires planning to meet you to discuss what you can bring to the table to discuss each other's needs to see if we agree on rent and house share issues so at this time I send 1 photo of this house from the front road to give you an idea of the older style house with the pool in the back and parking on long front driveway.thanks for reading
