Sunnyside Male Rooming House has a fully furnished private entrance room available for a working outside the property male.
Room has twin bed, bedding, towels, washcloths, dresser, nightstand, mini fridge, place to hang clothes, smart tv, ac, heat, fan, microwave and desk.
WE ARE PRIVATELY OWNED, OPERATED-
NON HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE WITH NARROW HALLWAYS, STEPS AND STAIRS.
Move in cost is $500 that covers your first two weeks at $200+$200=$400 plus a one time non refundable deposit of $100. Weekly rate at $200 starts beginning of week 3.
We have solar sensitive exterior lights, cameras in common areas and outside, once to twice per week common areas cleaned, lawn maintenance, pest control and on call management. We have business class WIFI, coin laundry on site, parking for one car per lodger. Shared common areas are kitchen, bathrooms, wifi station and porch.
Basic Rules
NO COUPLES PETS OR KIDS single occupancy per room/male rooming house not standard motel
NO SMOKING OR VAPING INDOORS a covered porch is provided we are 420 friendly outside
NO DAILY LOUD DRINKERS, NO DRUG ADDICTED TYPES, NONE WITH A VIOLENT OR SEXUAL ASSAULT HISTORY
PAY ON TIME, CLEAN AFTER YOURSELF AND DO NO DAMAGES

Located on the south end of Sanford near Publix, Seminole county municipal complex, College, within 3 miles of Walmart, shopping, Greenway, close to bus stop, WAWA & Racetrak gas stations.
